Egypt

Background
Egypt has established the Gharbiah Population-Based Cancer Registry. Active registration covers the entire Gharbiah Governorate. A group of 19 part-time physicians is currently responsible for active data collection. The group is divided into two teams, each headed by a Field Executive Director.
