CANCER REGISTRY PROJECT
Common Software for Cancer Registration
Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, and the Palestinian Authority (both Gaza and the West Bank regions) are using the same software to develop their registries.
The software is a version of CANREG, which was developed by the International Agency for Research in Cancer (IARC) in Lyon, France.
Because of its long-standing operation using other methods, it was decided that the registry in Israel should not adopt new software.
